Gosh it seems so long ago now and I’m only just getting around to doing the blogpost for the Griffith workshops 2018.
I must thank the Griffith Regional Art Gallery, in particular Raina Savage for organising and co-ordinating these workshops. Also a huge thanks to Anthea for doing so much and for driving me around. I had such a wonderful time.
Griffith is a regional centre about a 6 hour drive from Sydney. I had one student who had worked with polymer clay before so everyone else was a compelete newbie. It’s great to teach those who have never seen or worked with this medium before – it’s always so exciting.
Our venue was stunning again – little log cabin by the lake and the weather was just divine.
Huge thanks to those who came along to the workshops. I wasn’t very good at getting pics unfortunately but I would love to share those that I did manage to find time to take.
The quality of these pieces is quite tricky to see in the pics but they all turned out so beautiful. It was a fantastic weekend, some amazing company, lots of laughs and many new converts to polymer clay. YAY!!
Take care everyone and happy creating.
Love Deb
